We are giving our buyer clients $600.00 of our seller-paid commission on homes or condos listed with any broker in the area on contracts written from July, 1 2010 through March 30, 2011 (we'll help you find the perfect home whether it’s our listing or not and we won't push our listings if they don't fit what you're looking for). The $600.00 is for homes with a contract price of $90,000+. For any homes with a contract price from $50,000 to $89,999, we'll give our buyer clients a rebate of $200.00.
It's very simple - we write you a check for either $600.00 or $200.00 at closing. Rebates are completely legal and ethical - simply our way to say thanks (and much better than the typical closing gift!). We've NEVER charged buyers any transaction fees (many brokerages do).
We do well enough on seller-paid commissions that we can give a little back, so you actually get paid to have a team of full service and experienced agents working for you. And the proof is there for everyone: According to MLS figures, We have been the #1 office per agent in sales from 2006 to 2009 and so far in 2010. Melissa sold more homes than anyone else in our area MLS for the past 3 years (and so far in 2010). We really do work hard to be the best, but we NEVER pressure people or try to rush clients into anything - we listen, provide information and make suggestions (no hard sell). We can email, fax or mail listings that match your search criteria and let you then tell us which (if any) you liked best and we’ll key in on other similar properties to find the best home for you.
Then, if and when you're ready, we can visit any you choose - we encourage our clients to visit a good variety of homes so they can make the best decision.
The ONLY "fine print": This rebate can not be used when a client is working with another licensed agent not with All About Realty (such as a family friend, etc.) who is getting a referral fee. If a "deal" is worked out on any contract, such as where the buyer opts to pay commission, that particular contract will supercede this offer. The contract price of the property has to be at least $50,000+ to receive a rebate.
