We are now giving our buyer clients $500.00 of our commission on any home or condo listed with any broker in the Highlands County area (we can help you find the perfect home whether it’s our listing or not). It's very simple - we write you a check for $500.00 the day of closing. Rebates are completely legal and ethical - we're just offering our customers a discount as our way of saying thanks! We've NEVER charged buyers any transaction fees and feel we do well enough on seller-paid commissions that we can give a little back now. You still get full service and VERY experienced agents working for YOU.

It certainly is a buyer’s market right now, but, unfortunately, prices are all over the place (many sellers and agents are fighting the change in the market and have ridiculously priced listings). That said, it's a great idea to work with an experienced agent looking out for YOU – we’ll show you any of our listings that fit your search as well as many from other brokers so you can see what’s best.

We work hard to find the perfect home for our clients and we never try to rush them into anything. We can email, fax or mail listings that match your search criteria and let you then tell us which (if any) you liked best and we’ll key in on other similar properties to find the best home for you. Then, whenever you're ready, we can visit any you choose - we encourage our clients to visit a good variety of homes so they can make the best decision.

The only "fine print" is this rebate is not valid for licensed agents looking for a referral fee or for clients asking us to give licensed agents who are family and/or friends a referral fee. Also, if a "deal" is worked out on any contract (where buyer opts to pay commission, or some other special arrangement is made in the contract, that particular contract will supercede this offer).
