We'll write you a check at closing depending upon the contract price of the home or property you purchase. This goes for our listings as well as any other bank or broker's (but if it's our listing, we'll add another $100):
This promotion is for contracts written from January, 2012 through November, 2012.
$400.00 will be given to our clients who purchase a home or property with a contract price of $120,000+
$200 for contracts from $75,000-$119,999
$100 for contracts priced under $75,000
NOTE: Please tell us the location where you saw any offer (such as this Web site or a "homes magazine," newspaper, etc.) - at closing or before. If you forget, we'll mail at least HALF the rebate, but we want to track advertisements and this is a great way for you to help us accomplish that. This offer can't be used when a buyer requests us to provide a referral fee to themselves (if they are a licensed agent) or any other agent.
That's all there is to it. You get paid to have a 2-person team of experienced agents working for you.
