Highlands Ridge An age-restricted active-adult lifestyle golf course community. Nice golf course homes. Three distinct areas: Modular style homes in the older section (but very nice), beautiful stucco over frame homes in another area, and lately, in the newer areas, they have been building even larger, beautiful stucco over block homes. The trouble we see with this area is that the real estate office is located and run by the developer - so why not get unbiased help buying the best home at the best price (we can show you ANY listing and we offer our buyer rebates on ANY listings - see above).
Country Club Of Sebring An upscale golfing/recreation community - very nice homes throughout this area and adjacent to the beautiful Highlands Hammock State Park. Prices from the $130s to over $1 million. Most in the 200-300k range.
Lake June Pointe A gated, upscale lakefront community with homes priced from the $300s to over $1 million. On the shores of Lake June looking out to the shore of the beautiful state park for great lakefront sunsets.
Placid Lakes This is a large community with a mix of older and newer homes between Lake June and Lake Placid (still building going on here, but quite a bit of room). Homes from the $50s to $900,000 (lakefront) with most in the 80-150 range. Lakefront (residents/guests only) park/ramps/dock, RC air park and more.
Spring Lake A large community with three golf courses and many homes both older and new, large and small. Some nice duplex homes and villas. A nice community near Lake Istokpoga. Homes range from the $50s to $400,000, with most in the 80-140 range.
Tomoka Heights A gated 55+ lakefront community with a lot to do. Pool, clubhouse, lakefront park area, docks, etc. Homes from the 90s to about $400.000 (lakefront). Most in the 100s.
Country Walk A beautiful lakefront community where owners have "pooled their money" for a lakefront docking area and clubhouse so the water lifestyle can be enjoyed without the typical cost. Nice, well-kept homes from 120-200k.
Camp Florida Resort A resident owned, gated mobile & RV lakefront resort. Residents own their homes and lots and a portion of all the great amenities (this makes it a great investment too - not many mobile home owners can say that!). There are resident owned docks, tennis courts, a huge, heated pool, gigantic clubhouse, horse shoes, mini golf, weight room, boat storage area and more! This is a very well-kept park with nice homes. Homes from $50,000-110,000.
Sun 'N Lakes Sebring A large community with a great golf course and several distinct smaller communities within. Great amenities and recreation possibilities. There are villas, older homes, nice new homes and very upscale areas. There are smaller, gated communities within the larger development. The Preserve, Magnolia Place & Deer Run are a few of the nicer areas in Sun 'N lakes. Click above for more information.
