Highlands Ridge An age-restricted active-adult lifestyle golf course community. Nice golf course homes. Restaurants. Huge clubhouse. Pro shops, etc. Three distinct areas: Modular style homes in the older section (but very nice), beautiful stucco over frame homes in another area, and lately, in the newer areas, they have been building even larger, beautiful stucco over block homes. Homes range form the 150s to 400k.
Country Club Of Sebring An upscale golfing/recreation community - very nice homes throughout this area and adjacent to the beautiful Highlands Hammock State Park. Prices from the $150s to over $1 million. Most in the 200-300k range.
Lake June Pointe A gated, upscale lakefront community with homes priced from the $300s to over $1 million. On the shores of Lake June looking out to the shore of the beautiful state park for great lakefront sunsets.
Placid Lakes This is a large community with a mix of older and newer homes between Lake June and Lake Placid (still building going on here, but quite a bit of room). Homes from the $90s to $900,000+ (Lake June lakefront) with most in the 130-250 range. Lakefront (residents/guests only) park/ramps/dock, RC air park and more.
Spring Lake A large community with three golf courses and many homes both older and new, large and small. Some nice duplex homes and villas. A nice community near Lake Istokpoga. Homes range from the $90s to $400,000, with most in the 120-200 range.
Tomoka Heights A gated 55+ lakefront community with a lot to do. Pool, clubhouse, lakefront park area, docks, etc. Villas from the 120s to about $400.000 (lakefront). Most in the 150-250 range. Beautiful, rolling hills.
Country Walk A beautiful lakefront community where owners have "pooled their money" for a lakefront docking area and clubhouse so the water lifestyle can be enjoyed without the typical cost. Nice, well-kept homes from 140-220k.
Camp Florida Resort A resident owned, gated mobile & RV lakefront resort. Residents own their homes and lots and a portion of all the great amenities (this makes it a great investment too - not many mobile home owners can say that!). There are resident owned docks, tennis courts, a huge, heated pool, gigantic clubhouse, horse shoes, mini golf, weight room, boat storage area and more! This is a very well-kept park with nice homes. Homes from $60,000-110,000. RV lots around 30-50k.
A well-loved, active lifestyle, 55+ community. There are older (nice and well kept) mobiles on one side, nice block/stucco villas and newer single family homes as you get into the community. People rave about this community – friendly, active with pool, clubhouse, lake access, storage area and more. Homes from $70k to about $200k
Sun 'N Lakes Sebring A large community with a great golf course and several distinct smaller communities within. Great amenities and recreation possibilities. There are villas, older homes, nice new homes and very upscale areas. There are smaller, gated communities within the larger development. The Preserve, Magnolia Place & Deer Run are a few of the nicer areas in Sun 'N lakes. Click above for more information.
